At our restaurant the specialty is the AREPA, a corn meal Caracas style sandwich, as a representation of one of the most emblematic dishes of Venezuelan gastronomy.

Arepa café follows the cultural aspect of the South American country, focusing on its food; by observing and studying the use of ingredients and local procedures, we re-create the authenticity and deliciousness of the newly exported cuisine.

Venezuela is a country with a great variety of cultural influences. Its traditional cuisine has from indigenous people and its European ancestry (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and French) also influenced by African and native America traditions. Food staples include corn, rice, plantain, yams, beans and several meats.
